Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ucale.org believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order.
To cancel your subscription, please send an email from your registered email address to info@ucale.org, stating your request to cancel your Ucale subscription and the Bank Account Number, Bank Account Name and IFCS code in which you want the refund to be received. Your email address shall be the same as that used when signing up on Ucale.org.
In case of any Refunds approved by the Ucale.org, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
